<br />I I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />CITY OF SAN MAOCOS, TEXAS <br />SEWER RATE -- SCHEDULE SC-l <br />(Ccmnercial ani Industrial Custaners) <br /> <br />ApPlicable: <br /> <br />To all consumers using City sewerage services for a can:nercial and/ <br />or industrial business establishment, governmental establishm:mt or <br />an educational institution. Service will be furnished under this <br />rate schedule subject to the established rules ani regulations of <br />the City covering this type of service. <br /> <br />~: <br /> <br />$3.25 for the first 2,000 gallons of water usage = less <br /> <br />30.0<: per thousand gallons for all additional gallons of water usage <br /> <br />Where it can be sho.vn that a substantial portion of the water pm:_ <br />chased by a consuner is not disposed of through the City Sewer system, <br />the City may make such adjustments in their rates as shall be deemed <br />just and equitable. <br /> <br />Such consumer shall not be entitled to any special rate considerations <br />until such time as he has made an application to the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas for the establishment of such rate and an agreement to enter into <br />a contract with the City for a pericrl of not less than one year for sewer <br />service. <br /> <br />MinirrnAnBill: <br /> <br />$3.25 per month <br /> <br />Delayed Payment: <br /> <br />All bills for sewer service shall be paid on or before the tenth (lOth) <br />day of the rronth in which the bill is rendered. A delinquent service <br />charge equal to lO% of the bill amount shall be added upon failure or <br />refusal of the custarer to pay any bill on or before the tenth (lOth) <br />day of the month in which the bill is rendered. <br /> <br />Reconnection policy: <br /> <br />The failure to pay all bills for sewer service furnished to any <br />consumer within the time stipulated for such payment shall be deaned <br />notice for the discontinuance of sewer service, and water shall be <br />cut off and shall not be cut on again until all bills, including <br />delinquent service charges, are paid in full, together with a <br />reconnection fee of $lO.OO per meter for regular hours reconnection, <br />or $15.00 per meter for after-hours reconnection, plus any applicable <br />deposit fee. TI1e water service shall be discontinued as to all uses <br />thereof for those consumers who fail to pay for the same as herein <br />provided within thirty (3D} days after the date of billing. <br /> <br />~- <br />
