~~ regular meeting, may 29, 1973 page six The Mayor read the caption of an ordinance as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE URBAN RENEWAL PLANS AND THE FEASIBILITY OF RELOCATION FOR NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, NO. TEX. A-6. Mr. Flores moved the Ordinance be approved on second reading. Dr. Tauch seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The Mayor read the caption of an ordinance as follows: AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A THIRD AMENDED COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, IN CONNECTION WITH AN URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT TEX. A-6. I Mr. King moved the Ordinance be approved on second reading. Dr. Tauch seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The Mayor read the caption of an ordinance as follows: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED MAY 23, 1966 (VOL. 32) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF LOT 1 OF THE COERS ADDITION, LOCATED AT 472 HOLLAND STREET, FROM "R-l" (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL), TO "c" (COMMERCIAL). Mr. King moved the Ordinance be approved on third reading. Dr. Tauch seconded the motion. On roll call, the following vote was recorded: AYE: Cunningham, DeLa Rosa, Dibrell, Etheredge, Flores, King, Tauch NAY: None The Mayor declared the Ordinance Passed, Approved and Adopted. The Mayor read the caption of an ordinance as follows: I AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED MAY 23, 1966 (VOL. 32) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF PART OF LOT 6, BLOCK 20 IN THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF SAN MARCOS, LOCATED ON HOPKINS STREETI FROM "c" (COMMERCIAL) TO "C-2" (COMMERCIAL). Mr. Flores moved the Ordinance be placed on the table for discussion. Mr. King seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. King moved the Ordinance be approved on third reading. Mr. Flores seconded the motion, and on roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Cunningham, DeLa Rosa, Dibrell, Etheredge, Flores, King, Tauch NAY: None The Mayor declared the Ordinance Passed, Approved and Adopted. James E. Byrn, representing Dr. J.R. Koos, presented the final plat of a development known as the "Windmill Addition." Mr. King moved the plat be approved. Mr. Flores seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. I The City Secretary read in full a Resolution (see attached) authorizing the Mayor to sign the Annual Arrangements Agreement with the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Dr. Tauch moved the Resolution be approved. Mr. Dibrell seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
