Flores <br /> <br />The Mayor called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Baugh explained that estimate #9 had been presented by <br />Syring-Workman, Inc. requesting payment for construction of <br />the Pol ice and Courts Building. He said that the building was <br />about 90% completed, and that !\ugust 1 was the anticipated date <br />of final completion. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. King moved the Follow-up Order (see attached) authorizing <br />the issuance of Certificates of Obligation #'s 14 and 15 in <br />the amount of $5,000 each be approved on an emergency basis. <br />Dr. Tauch seconded the motion.
