PROGR..tu'1 ELIGIBILITY; Elig.ibility falls within two broad areas; first eligibility as to income and financial resources and second, eligibility as to type. of legal service. I A. Fiancial Status of Applicants: An applicant is financially eligible for legal services if his household income is equal to or less than the standards set forth in one (1) below, provided that his disposahle capital assets do not exceed the standards see forth in, two (2) below; 1. Household IncOllle; (a) Income includes the net value of henefits from all sources (e.g. wages and salary, dividends, rents, interest, pensions, annuities, child support payments, alimony, etc.) Mandatory deductions from earned incOllle- which, are not alective are to be subtracted from gross inc~ to ootain th8,net income figure.
