Fiancial Status of Applicants: <br /> <br />An applicant is financially eligible for legal services if his <br />household income is equal to or less than the standards set <br />forth in one (1) below, provided that his disposahle capital <br />assets do not exceed the standards see forth in, two (2) below; <br /> <br />1.
