Mr. Etheredge stated his concern with Section 15.1 of the Ordinance which he felt created a situation that would not allow a private c~tizen to make use of the low cost or free choice of a.mobile home. Dr. Tauch asked if this amendment would delete the temporary mobile home permit from the Ord i nance" The City Manager answered aff i rmat i ve I y. Mr. Yarbrough said he felt the City needed some criteria .for the development of the mobile home park situation and orderly land usage. The M~yor opened a Public Hearing on an Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance to provide land use classifications for "o~-premises" consumption of I iquor, wine .01' beer. Mr. King moved the Council consider the "restaurant" version of theOrdi~ance. Mr. Yarbrough seconded th~ motion, which passed unanimously. The Mayor read the caption. Following the discussion, the Mayor declared the Publ ic Hearing closed.
