FLORES, <br />iITItI.'lN L. OUIININGHAH <br />GUILLERMO DeLa ROSA <br />EDDY A. ETHEREDGE <br />ROSS KING <br />DAVID R. TAUCH <br />HERBERT A. YARBROUGH, JR. <br />DOROTHY O. WORRELL <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Councilmen <br /> <br />City Secretary <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />and the following absent: Councilman William L. Cunninqham <br />A quorum being present and after the follOWing Resolution was <br />read, Councilman Tauch moved its adoption. Councilman <br />Etheredge seconded the motion. The motion, carrying with <br />it the adoption of the Resolution, prevailed by tpe following vote: <br />AYES: Mayor Flores and Councilmen DeLa Rosa , Etheredge <br /> <br />King <br /> <br />Tauch <br /> <br />Yarbrough <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br />The Resolution ~~ as follows: <br />WHEREAS, each and all of the members of the City Council of <br />the City of San Marcos was duly and sufficiently notified, offici- <br />ally and personally, in advance, of the time, place, and purpose of <br />this meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, proper notice of this meeting has been duly and timely <br />posted as provided by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determines and finds the advisability <br />and necessity of constructing a police and courts building for said <br />City and that the same is an authorized need and the City has the <br />reqUisite power and authority to contract for such construction and <br /> <br />f <br />L-_m. <br /> <br /> <br />C'l ! <br />
