A Public Hearing was held on a request for a change of zoning <br />on a tract of land - a 235 foot tract out of the J. Veramendi <br />League, located on River Road at the intersection of Bugg Lane. <br />Mr. Leopoldo Garza requested a zoning change from "R:-l" (single <br />family residential) to "M" (mixed). After due consideration, the <br />Commission agreed to forward the request to the City Council with <br />the Commission's ~pproval. <br /> <br />B. Mr. Jack Reher appeared before the Commission to request approval <br />of the INDECO Subdivision Plat.
