A Public Hearing was held on a tract of land the boundaries of <br />which are shown on the attached plat (including all areas in solid <br />lines and broken lines). The Commission, after due consideration, <br />agreed to rezone all the outlined property below Walnut Street to <br />"D" (multifamily). <br /> <br />The remaining property north of Walnut Street and presently zoned <br />as "P-2" (public use) (outlined with broken lines) has been suggested <br />for rezoning to "R-l" (single family residential), "R-2." (duplexes}, <br />and "D" (multifamily). A Public Hearing was scheduled for February 2, <br />1971. <br /> <br />B. A Public Hearing was scheduled for February 2, 1971 on lots 117 <br />and 118 in the Park Addition. The zoning change from "p-2" (public <br />use) to "c" (commercial) was initia'l;ed by the Planning" and Zoning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />C. A request for a trailer permit was received from Mr.. Oscar (;uzman <br />to temporarily place a trailer home at 150 Sherwood Street.
