He said he had complied with ~ll City codes and ordinances at all times, Mr. Stokes showed the engineer's drawings and the plats to explain the plans for develop- ment. He stated it was a $1,000,000 project, and would eve~tually be ~laced on the City's tax rolls for that a- mount. Mr. Stokes expressed surprise at the opposition. Mr. Jackson q'uoted goals outlined in the City's Comprehensive Plan, and said his group felt i~ was agriod plan, and thought the Council should abide by it. Continuing with items on the Agenda,th~ Mayor introduced and read aloud an ordinance amending the zoning map in accordance with the request of Mr. Holmes.
