<br />r- <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />/~/l <br /> <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />J <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, ADOPTING THE RELOCATION <br />PLAN FOR THE CONCENTRATED CODE ENFORCEMENT <br />PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, has undertaken a <br />Concentrated Code Enforcement Program pursuant to Section 117 <br />of the Housing Act of 1949, as amended; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that some displacement of <br />site-occupants will be necessary as a result of program activities; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary and a requirement of the U.S. <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development to formulate a <br />feasible plan for the relocation of displaced site-occupants: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />1. That the Relocation plan and Operating Requirements, <br />attached to and made a part of this resolution, is <br />hereby adopted. <br /> <br />2. That the criteria established by the Relocation <br />Policies and Procedures, attached to and made a <br />part of this resolution, will be observed in <br />relocation cases that may arise. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED this 14th day of June, A.D., 1971. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />/l~ <br /> <br />C E R T I F I CAT ION <br /> <br />. <br />I, Dorothy O.
