A Public Hearing was held on a requested trailer per-
mit received from the Pentecostal Local Church located at
Laredo and Monterrey Street, in the C.D. Wallace Addition,
Block 7, lots 4, 5, and 6 (one lot only). There being no
opposition from property owners living within 200 feet of
the requested permit, the Commission agreed to forward the
request to the City Council with the COmmission's approval.

B. A Public Hearing was held on a requested zoning change
from Mr. Don Rains on his property, lot 27 and part of lot
26, Block l, in the Forest Hills Addition, located at 802
North L.B.J. Drive. The requested change is from "D" (mul-
ti-family apartments) to "c" (commercial). After due con-
sideration, the Planning and Zoning Commission agreed to
forward the request to the City Council with the Commis-
sion's approval for the following reasons:
1. The request is not out of context wi,th the zoning
of the property adjacent to Mr. Rains' property.
2. It will not cause an undo burden on the traffic
in this area.
3. There were no objections from the property owners.

C. A Public Hearing was held on a requested trailer permit
received from Mr. Phillip D. Guerrero on his property located
in the rear of 206 Mitchell Street facing Mead Street, in the
J.M. Stone Addition, lot 22. There being no opposition from
the property owners living within 200 feet of the requested
permit, the Commission agreed to forward the request to the
City Council with the Commission's approval.

';'/
