I I I Cf2LJ I q1-B S~l _7/ GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF AN AREA IN THE VICINITY OF BLUEBONNET DRIVE, FOREST HILL DRIVE AND PEQUES STREET THAT IS NOT PRESENTLY IN THE CITY LIMITS An area of land out of the T.J. Chambers Survey, Abstract No. Two (2) of the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas which is not now inside the city limits of San Marcos, Texas. 1. A tract of Forest Hills Addition; 2. ~ tract lying generally east of Forest Hills Addition; and 3. A tract lying generally southeast of Forest Hills Addition. These tracts are more particularly described below: TRACT NO. ONE- BEGINNING at a point in the southwest corner of the intersection of Walnut Street and an alley, said alley being between LBJ Drive and Forest Hill Drive on Walnut Street. THENCE, along the west side of the alley in a southerly direction from the southwest corner of Walnut Street and alley intersection to the northwest corner of Forest Drive and alley intersection. Said corner being about 203 feet from the east right-of-way line of LBJ Drive; THENCE, crossing Forest Drive to the southeastern right-of-way of Forest Drive; THENCE, northeast along the southeastern right-of-way line of Forest Drive approximately 203 feet to a point; THENCE, northwest along the west right-of-way line of For~st, Hill Drive, said right-of-way line being along the ~asterly line of Forest Hills Subdivision, approximately 844 feet to a point, said point being in the right-of-way of the intersection of Forest Hill Drive and Walnut Street. THENCE, along the south~t ri~ht-of-way line of Walnut Street approximately 237 feet ~ a point in the southwest corner of Walnut Street and alley, said point being the PLACE OF BEGINNING. TRACT TWO- BEGINNING at a point in the southwest corner of the intersection of Walnut Street and an alley, said alley being between LBJ Drive and Forest Hill Drive on Walnut Street; THENCE, northwest, across the Walnut Street right-of-way to the northwest side of Walnut Street; THENCE, northwesterly to the northwest corner of the intersection of Clark Avenue and Walnut Street, said point also being the southeast corner of College Heights Addition; THENCE, along the westerly line of Clark Avenue, said line also being the easterly line of College Heights Addition, approximately 335 feet to a point; THENCE, northeast, crossing the Clark Avenue right-of-way to a point, said point being approximately 230 feet from the southeast corner of the intersection of Lamar Avenue and Clark Ave~ue; THENCE, N 430 29' E approximately 1122 feet along the back lot lines to a point in the north corner of the herein described tract;
