Drivel; THENCE along the northwest line of the Steen Road, said line also be- ing the southeast line of Tanglewood II and the back of lot line of Lots 8, 9, and 10 on a bearing of N400 SO'E 483.83 feet to a concrete monument, said monument being an east corner of Tanglewood II, and in the west corner of the intersection of Steen Road and an Old 40 Foot Road; THENCE N450 28'W 157.47 feet to an iron pin, said iron pin being in the northeast line of Tanglewood II and in the back lot line of Lot 7 Tan- . glewood II, said iron pin also being in the southwest line of an Old 40 Foot Road; THENCE N450 3l'E 96.20 feet to an iron pin, said iron pin being in the southeast line of Lot 6 of Tanglewood II; THENCE N440 29'E 40.00 feet to an iron pin in the east corner of Lot 6 in Tanglewood II; THENCE along the northeast ~ine of the Old 40 Foot Road a distance of approximately 500 feet to a point in the north corner of the intersec- tion of an Old Passage Way, said point bearing N460 22'W a distance of approximately 30 feet from an old iron stake, said old iron stake being in the back lot line of Lot 5 Tanglewood III; 11II THENCE S460 22'E a distance of approximately 30 located in the northwest line of Tanglewood III feet to anoold iron stake and in the back lot line of Lot 5 Tanglewood III, said iron stake being 10.6 feet south- west of the common back corner of Lots 5 and 6 of Tanglewood III; h',i f:(oj\ i
