Texas,convened i~recessed regular session open to' the public at the regulaI' meeting place, with the following members present: Mayor Herbert A. Yarbrough, ,ir.; Councilmen: Guillermo De La~ Rosa, Frances D. Emery, Eddy A. Etheredge, Luciano A. Flores, and Ross King; and City Secretary Dot'othy o. Worrell constituting a quorum, and among the proceedings had were the following: Councilman De La Rosa introduced a t'esolution and order and moved its adoption. The mption was seconded by Councilman Etheredge and prevailed by the following vote: AYE: DeLa Rosa, Emery, Etheredge, Flores, King, Yarbrough NAY: None I The Resolution is as follows: There came on to be considered the returns of an election held on the 27th day of July, 1971, for the purpose of electing the hereinafter named official, and it appearing from the said re- turns, duly and legally made, that there were cast at said election 2123 valid and legal votes; and that each of the candi- dates in said election received the following votes: COUNCILMAN, PLACE 1 NAME OF CANDIDATE TOTAL ~ RECEIVED Theodore De Leon, Sr. Juan Ramon Palomo 72 642 David R.
