Mr. Etheredge seconded the motion, and on roll call, the following vote was recorded: AYE: DeLa Rosa, Etheredge, Flores, King, Tauch, Yarbrough NAY: None The Mayor declared the ordinance Passed, Approved and Adopted. A copy is attached as a part of the Minutes. The Mayor introduced for the following caption: final reading an ordinance with I AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED MAY 23, 1966 (VOL. 32), BY ORDERING CERTAIN ZON ING CHANGES, AS SHOWN IN THE BODY HEREOF; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS AMENDATORY ORDINANCE Mr, Flores moved adoption of the ordinance on final reading. Dr. Tauch seconded the motion and on roll call the following votewa's l'ecorded: AYE: DeLaRosa, Etheredge,' Flores, King, lauch, Yarbrough NAY: None The Mayor declared the ordinance Passed, Approved and Adopted. A cbpy is attached as a part of the Minut'es. The City Manager distributed work copies of the proposed 1971-72 Budget, and asked that the Council set a date for the public hearing. I Mr. Etheredge mo.ved that the' p,ublic hearing on the Budget be held at 7:30 p.m., Sept. 13, 1971, at the Library, Mr. King seconded the motion, which passed un~nimously, The Mayor read the resignation of Dr. Tauch from 'the Planning & Zoning Commission.
