<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE
<br />WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE
<br />OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED MAY 23,
<br />1966, (VOL. 32), BY ORDERING CERTAIN ZONING CHANGES,
<br />AS SHOWN IN THE BODY HEREOF; AND ESTABLISHING AN
<br />EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS AMENDATORY ORDINANCE

<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS:

<br />That the following described piece of real estate property located
<br />
<br />in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which is presently zoned
<br />
<br />"R-1" (single family residential) henceforth shall be re-zoned,
<br />
<br />such re-zoning to be effective after legal passage of this
<br />
<br />ordinance, and publication in a newspaper of general circulation
<br />
<br />in this area:
