Wherever the words "Chief of the Bureau of Fire <br />Prevention" are used in the Fire Prevention Code, they shall <br />be held to mean the Fire Marshal. <br />d. Wherever the words "mobile service unit" are used in <br />the Fire Prevention Code, they shall be held to mean a vehi- <br />cle, a tank truck, or other mobile device from which flammable <br />liquids used as motor fuels may, as an act of retail sale, be <br />dispensed into the fuel tank of a motor vehicle parked on an <br />off-street parking facility. In short, it is a mobile gaso- <br />line filling station which either parks or roams around on <br />the parking lot of a shopping center and from which the <br />driver or operator makes sales of gasoline to shoppers whose <br />vehicles are parked on the parking lot. <br /> <br />Section 4. Establishment of Limits of Districts in which <br />Storage of Explosives and Blasting Agents is to be Prohibited. <br /> <br />The limits referred to in Section 12.5b of the Fire Pre- <br />vention Code, in which storage of explosives and blasting <br />agents is prohibited, are hereby established as follows: #l <br />Fire Zone R-l, R-2, D, M, P-l, P-2, and C zoned districts. <br /> <br />Section 5. Establishment of Limits of Districts in which <br />Storage of Flammable Liquids in Outside Aboveground TanKs is <br />to be Prohibited. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />a. The limits referred to in Section 16.22a of the Fire <br />Prevention Code, in which storage of flammable liquids in <br />outside aboveground tanks is prohibited, are hereby esta- <br />blished as follows: #1 Fire Zone R-l, R-2, D, M, P-l, and <br />P-2. Exception #1: A temporary permit may be issued for <br />aboveground storage of flammable liquids at construction <br />sites upon written approval of the Fire Marshal. <br />b. The limits referred to in Section 16.61 of the Fire <br />Prevention Code, in which new bulk plants for flammable or <br />combustible liquids are prohibited, are hereby established <br />as follows: #1 Fire Zone R-l, R-2, D, M, P-l, and P-2 zoned <br />districts. <br /> <br />Section 6. Establishment of Limits in which Bulk Storage of <br />Liquefied Petroleum Gases is to be Restricted. <br /> <br />The limits referred to in Section 2l.6a of the Fire Pre- <br />vention Code, in which bulk storage of liquefied petroleum <br />gas is restricted are hereby established as follows: #1 Fire <br />Zone R-l, R-2, D, and M. Exception #1: A special permit may <br />be issued by the Fire Marshal for service stations filling <br />motor vehicles and portable containers with liquefied petro- <br />leum gas. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Section 7. Establishment of Motor Vehicle Routes for Vehi- <br />cles Transporting Explosives and Blasting Agents. <br /> <br />The routes referred to in Section 12.7m of the Fire <br />Prevention Code for vehicles transporting explosives and <br />blasting agents are hereby established as follows: Desig- <br />nated state highways only. Exception #1: Those using ex- <br />plosives at a site previously approved by the Fire Marshal <br />shall travel only the route approved by the Fire Marshal to <br />the job site. <br /> <br />Section 8. Establishment of Motor Vehicle Routes for Vehicles <br />Transporting Hazardous Chemicals or Other Dangerous Articles. <br />
