Gresham <br /> City Employee Kaaren D. Tate <br />Absent: Ross King <br />Visitors: Jerri Martin <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the meeting at 5:30 p.m. by stating that <br />the purpose of the Special Meeting was to appoint a member <br />to the Board of Equalization, due to the resignation of two <br />members, Mr. Roy Buffington and Mr. H.W. Thompson. The May- <br />or explained to the Council that Mr. Garland Warren had <br />agreed to accept a position on the Board if appointed. <br /> <br />Mrs. Emery made the motion to appoint Mr. Garland Warren to <br />the Board of Equalization.
