Cole, Lucien Raymond, <br />Jack Dennino <br /> <br />The Mayor called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The City Manag~r presented for consideration, Change Order #3 <br />on ProjectPFL~Tex-211, WPC-Tex-479, San Marcos Sewage Treatment <br />Plant, under cQ~t~act to The Boswell Company. A copy of the <br />Change Order and ~ngineer's Statement are attached. Mr. Bean <br />explained the reasons for the Change Order. Mr. Da\1nelley moved <br />approval of Change Order #3. Dr. Craddock seconded the motion <br />and on roll call, the following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />AYE: Craddock, Contreras, Dannelley, Flores, <br />Serur, Smith, Zavesky <br /> <br />NAY: None <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the motion carried. <br /> <br />The City Manager presented for consideration a Resolution <br />accepting an amendatory offer from the Federal Gover~ment to <br />assist in the cost of Project PFL-Tex-211, see attached. <br />Dr. Craddock moved approval of the Resolution, Mr. Flores <br />seconded the motion and on roll c.ll the following vote was <br />recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Craddock, Contreras, Dannelley, Flores <br />Serur, Smith, Zavesky <br /> <br />NAY: None <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the Resolution Passed and Approved. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Bean stated that the Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development had aatherized the City to issue a work odder to <br />George Consolidated, Inc., contractor for the Water & Sewer Project. <br />Mr. Lucien Raymond of George Consolidated, present at the meeting, <br />said the work would start Thursday. <br />
