<br />The Mayor called the meeting to order at'7:30 p~m.

<br />The Rev. Adam G. Gutierrez, pastor of First Mexican Baptist
<br />Church, gave th6 In00cation.

<br />The Minutes of September 22 and October 6, 1969 were approved
<br />as presented, on motion of Mr. Zavesky and second of Mr. Smith.

<br />The Mayor introduced and read aloud an ordinance annexing the
<br />Fields property. Dr. Craddock moved adoption of the Ordinance
<br />on second reading. Mr. Zavesky seconded the motion, which passed
<br />unanimously.
<br />
<br />The Mayor stated he had just been handed a letter from a member
<br />of the Urban Renewal Board. He read aloud the following letter
<br />addressed tothe'Mayori
