The following is reported for your information. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />?ublicHearings will be held on October 21, 1969 on two requests for a change of <br />zoning. Elmer Satterwhite requests a change of zoning on approximately 10.25 <br />acres of land out of the J. Veramendi Survey #2, located off of Loop 82, from <br />''1l.",1'' (single-family residential) to "c" (connnercial). Herman Korff requests a <br />change of zoning on part of ~arm Lot 15, located at 715 W. Hopkins Street, from <br />"R",l" (single-family residential) to "D" (multi-family). Maps are attached. <br /> <br />Mr. Bettersworth, on behalf of Thermon Industries, appeared before the Commission <br />tor a preliminary discussion on future plans for industrial development in San <br />~rcos. He presented a plat of the property owned by his firm, located off of <br />Intexstate 35 South. A plat of the property will be available at Monday's Council <br />,meeting. It is the intention of Thermon Industries to request annexation and a <br />change of zoning on this property in the near future.
