Mr. Smith moved that the City call a Public Hearing for Tuesday, April 28, at 5:30 p.-m.. on the River Project. Mr. Flores second- ed the motion, and on roll call, the following vote was recorded: I AYE: NAY: Contreras, Flores, Serur, Smith, Zavesky None The Mayor declared the motion carried. Mr. Brown suggested that a workshop be held on the next area (indicated in blue on the map), so that processing of the application for the next NOP could begin. The City Manager presented for consideration the proposed annual contract between the City and Aquarena, Inc., for the Munici~al Golf Course. Mr, Bean explained the terms. Mr. Serur moved that the contract be approved. Mr. Smith second- ed the motion, which passed unanimously. The City Manager presented for consideration of the Council the final plat for Sunset Acres, Block #10. The plat was studied and plans for the development discussed. Mr. Zavesky moved that the Council approve the final plat of Sunset Acres, Block #10.
