The commission accepted <br />the resignation with regret. <br /> <br />Mr. David Pool was elected the new Chairman of the Planning & Zoning Commission, to <br />fill the position vacated by Dr. Hinton. Mr. Pool assumed his new duties at Tuesday's <br />meeting. <br /> <br />A Public Hearing was held on a request from Vicenta Hernandez on a change of zoning <br />on Lot 1, Block 1, of the C. D. Wallace Subdivision, located at 104 Tampico Street, <br />from "D" (multi-family) to "M" (mixed). No protest was received.
