of said system. Said system shall be the sole property of the CITY from and after its installation thereof, with complete ownership and control of said system to be vested in the CITY. CITY may enter at all times upon all portions of said subdivision now or hereafter dedicated to the public or designated for use as utility easements, and as the CITY may find reasonable or necessary, for the purposes of maintaining and repairing said system. I 4. OWNER does hereby bind itself, its successors and assigns, as well as all persons or corporations to whom it may convey any portion of said subdivision, to abide by all rules and regulations now or hereafter promulgated by the CITY governing the dispensing of sewer and water service within said subdivision. 5, This agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto as well as their successors and assigns.
