<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CORRECTION DEED <br />WITH FRANK F. SHARP AND INEZ SHARP, THE EBBECT <br />OF WHICH IS TO CORRECT MISTAKES IN THE DES- <br />CRIPTION AND AMOUNT OF ACREAGE SET OUT IN THAT <br />DEED EXECUTED BY SAID SHARPS IN FAVOR OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS AS OF DECEMBER 30, 1967,AND <br />OF RECORD IN VOL. 221, PAGES 371-74, HAYS COUNTY <br />DEED RECORDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City Council of the <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, that by mistake the metes and bounds <br />description of the 12.2, more or less, acre tract, which was con- <br />veyed by Frank F. Shar~, et 'U~, to the City of San Marcos, by deed <br />dated December 30, 1967, and of record in Vol. 221, pages 371-74, <br />Hays County Deed Records, was incorrectly set out in several res- <br />pects including the amount of acreage therein ~ontained; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is expedient to correct said errors; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />II <br />I <br /> <br />That the Mayor and Secretary of the City be and they are hereby <br />authorized to execute a deed of correction with the said Frank F. <br />and Inez Sharp, said deed to correctly set forth the metes and <br />bounds description and acreage of the tract actually meant to be <br />conveyed by the said Frank F.
