public hearing, project tax. a-6, april 28'70 page two ----, I RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE URBAN RENEWAL PLAN ANDTHE"FEASIBILITY OF RELOCATION FOR NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM NO. TEX.A- 6 Mr. Troilo advised t,he Council that the Resolution set forth all the r~quirements making the a~eaeligible for a "N.D.P." He read aloud the Texas State Law for an Urban Renewal Project, stating that requirements had been established for Project I Tex. A~6. Dr. Craddock moved approval of the Resolution. Mr. Contreras seconded the motion, and on roll call, the following vote was recot"ded: AYE: NAY: ABSTAIN: Contreras, Craddock, Flores, Smith, Yarbrough None King The Mayor declared the Resolution Passed and Approved. The Mayor introduced an Ordinance and read the caption as f611ows: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A 1ST AMENDED COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS,FOR THE UNDERTAKING AND COMPLETION OF A NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, fITLED PRO- GRAM TEX. A-6, WITHIN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY Dr. Craddock moved adoptiori of the Ordinance as an emergency I measure. Mr. Contreras seconded the motion, and' on roll call, the, following vote was recorded: AYE: NAY: ABSTAIN: Contreras, Craddock, Flores, Smith, Yarbrough Norie' King The 'Mayor declared W.
