Mr. King moved approval of the July 2 Minutes. The Mayor introduced an ordinance annexing 38.61 acres. Mr. Yarbrough moved approval of the ordinance, on second reading. The Mayor introduced an ordinance annexing 167 acres. Mr. Kmng moved approval of the ordinance, on second reading. The Mayor introduced an ordinance adopting a Code of Ordinances.
