of any bonds of the City or any evidence of the City's indebtedness; (3) Any contract or obligation assumed by the City; (4) Any right or franchise granted by the city; (5) Any ordinance dedicating, naming, establishing, locat- ing, relocating, opening, paving, widening, vacating, etc., any street or public way in the City; Any ordinance relating to municipal street mainte- nance agreements with the State of Texas; Any ordinance establishing or prescribing grades for streets in the City; Any appropriation ordinance or ordinance providing for the levy of taxes of or for an annual budget; Any ordinance relating to local improvements and as- sessments therefor; Any ordinance annexing territory to the City or dis- continuing territory as a part of the City; Any ordinance dedicating ,to accepting any plat or subdivision; Ordinances prescribing traffic regulations for specific streets, such as ordinances designating one-way streets, no parking areas, stop intersections, intersections where traffic is to be controlled by signals, etc.; (13) Any ordinance relating in any manner to any cemetery owned or operated by the City; (14) Any ordinance relating to salaries of officers and em- ployees of the City, (15) Any ordinance relating to any public utility company; (16) Any ordinance relating to the fire limits of the City; (17) Any ordinance enacted after September 22, 1969; The repeal provided for in Section 2 hereof shall not be con- strued to revive any ordinance or part thereof that has been repealed by a subsequent ordinance which is repealed by this ordinance.
