THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF HAYS KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal corporation existing by and under the laws of the State of Texas, situated in Hays County, acting through authority conferred on its Mayor Pro Tempore John J. Stokes, by resolution duly enacted on April 13, 1981 , hereinafter "City" and the Greater San Marcos Little League Inc., acting through its president,Oharles Hanes, hereinafter "League" enter into this agreement upon the follow- ing terms and conditions: USE AGREEr-mNT 15 I. For and in consideration of the construction by League of a baseball complex at Ramon Lucio Park, located within the corporate limits of the City of San Marcos, City agrees thàt League may use said complex for baseball games played under the supervision of League. II. The use by League of said complex referred to in Part I of this Agreement shall be from March 15 through July 15/ of each year. Should League desire to use said complex for an extended period of time during any year, League may do so only after obtaining written approval of such use from City prior to July 15. Said required approval shall be incorporated into this Agreement as a written amendment to the Agreement. III. The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of five (5) years. The Agreement may be renewed at the end of the (5) year period for an additional five (5) year period upon agreement to such renewal by City and League. City and League may agree to furhher £ive year extensions. Agreement tio such extensions shall be made within sixty (60) days of the termination of the preceding five (5) year period and shall be in writing and executed by the mayor of City and the president of League and shall become a part of this Agreement.
