Dietterich <br />FrankD. Hill. Jr.. <br />Calvin M. Allen <br />Harold G. Smith <br /> <br />, Mayor, <br /> <br />Aldermen, <br /> <br />(':0'1' De Vinev <br />S. R. Beecroft <br />Ann Ziemke <br />and ,the following absent: None <br /> <br />, City Secretary, <br /> <br />constituting a quorum present, when, among other proceedings had, <br /> <br />were the follOWing: <br /> <br />Alderman Allen <br /> <br />introduced a resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption. The motion was seoonded by Alderman <br /> <br />~mit.h <br /> <br />Themotion, carrying with it the adoption of the resolution, <br />prevailed by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Aldermen Hill Beecroft, SmiJili. <br />Allen De Viney <br />NOES: None. <br />The resolution is as follows: <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO PUBLISH NOTICE TO BIDDERS FOR <br />THE. CONSTRUCTION OF EXTENSIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE <br />WATERWORKS SYSTEM AND THE SEWER SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS,ANDNOTICE OF INTENTION, TO ISSUE <br />WARRANTS IN PAYMENT OF ALL OR A PART OF THE CONTRACT <br />PRICE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council deems it advisable and necessary <br /> <br />to construct certain extensions and improvements to the waterworks <br /> <br />system and the sewer system of the City of San Marcos, Texas; and <br /> <br />~ <br />
