<br />All of Lot No. One (1) and a part of Lot No. Two (2), <br />all in Block No. Fifteen (15), of the Lindsey and <br />Harvey Addition to the City of San Marcos, according to <br />map or plat of said Addition, now of record in Volume Z, <br />Page 29, of the Deed Records of said Hays County, which <br />property may be more particularly described by metes and <br />bounds as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at an iron stake on the South side of a cor- <br />ner fence post on the Northwest boundary line of Lindsey <br />Street, from which an elm tree, 14 inches in diameter, <br />marked X, bears N. 19° 20' W. 32 feet, and from which <br />the East corner of Lot No. Two bears N. 45° E. 59.67 <br />feet; THENCE along the Northwest boundary of Lindsey <br />Street, S. 45° W. 110 feet to an iron stake; THENCE N. <br />46° 50' W. 201.3 feet to an iron stake, about two feet <br />from the West corner of an old barn; THENCE N. 47° 35' E. <br />55.6 feet to an iron stake; THENCE N. 81° 46' E. 62.7 <br />feet to an iron stake; THENCE S. 46° 50' E. 146.8 feet <br />to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />This is the same property conveyed by and described in a <br /> <br />deed dated May 12, 1947 from Miss Lyravine Votaw, a feme sole, and <br /> <br />Mrs. Enida Votaw Galbreath, joined by her husband, W. F. Galbreath, <br /> <br />to Dudley R.
