<br />I <br /> <br />2. Each inspector will be furnished with a numbered official <br />badge, which he shall wear at all times when on duty and not allow <br />to leave his possession. No person shall resist, intimidate, delay, obstruct, hamper, <br />abuse or interi'ere .,nth any inspector in the discharge of any duty <br />o~ hj~ ~r~~~e, nor shall any person attempt by means of any threat <br />or violence to deter or prevent any inspector from performing his <br />duty. <br />No City employee shall be detailed for duty at an establishment <br />where any member of his family is employed by the establishment, <br />nor shall any inspector in charge or other employee acting in a <br />supervisory capacity be oontinued on duty at an official establish~ <br />ment where any member of his family is employed by any establish~ <br />ment under his jurisdiction.
