<br />Mrs. Fred Gonzales met with the Council to discuss some lots that
<br />she has sold. She stated that her husband had sold the lots before his
<br />death and that now the owners have requested that they be furnished with
<br />Utilities and streets. The Council told her that she should have a plat
<br />drawn up by a surveyor and that she should 'oresent the plat to the
<br />Council for aJproval. .

<br />Alderman Smith made a motion that Mr. Barbee bl? authorized to i,iet
<br />insurance on the airport which will be :tUO,OOO,OO/'1300,OOO.OO Llabllity -
<br />:Bodily Injury and ,i50,OliO .00 - Property.'Damage. This insurance will
<br />.cost ,"p135.60 per year. Alderman lULL seconded the motion. A vote was
<br />taken which resulted Una~1.iDloUslJT in favor of the rn.otion.

<br />Mr. Terry Jacks stated that the Joint Airport Zoning Board h5.s
<br />nagged an order. The Zoning Board is composed of representatives of
<br />the City of San Barcos and the COJ1nuissioners Court of Hays County, Texas.
<br />It is recoclll11ended that the Order be incorporated in the minutes of the
<br />City Council of the Ci ty of :'3an Marcos. The fOllo....ving resolution was

<br />Board regulated the use of property in the vicinity of airports situated
<br />within the said County, and it is desirable that a copy of such order be
<br />placed in tho }':iinllte 300k of the City of San Marcos.

<br />Now Therefore, be it resolved that a copy of an Order passed oy the
<br />Joint Ai.rpo:,t Zoning Soard of the City of San Iilarcos and I-Iays County,
<br />Texas, adopting airyort Zoning Regulations, be incorporated in the minutes
<br />of the City of San Marcos City Cou~'lci1.

<br />attaching a copy of such order to this resolution by reference.
