!111:!Q!~~ OF THE JOINT AIRPORT ZONING BOARD OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS AND THE COUNTY OF HAYS, TEXAS. I On November 30, 1954, at 10 o'clock A. M., a meeting of the Joint Airport Zoning Board for the City of San Marcos, and Hays County, Texas, was held in the office of the County Judge of Hays County in the county courthouse in San Marcos, Texas. Board members present were Harold G. Smith, Arthur Schmeltekopf, Eugene Posey, and Charles Young; also, present were Lt, David R. Young, Base Installa- tion Engineer, Gary Air Force Base and Terry L. Jacks, Special Attorney for the City of San Marcos, The minutes of the meeting of the board held November 4, 1954, were read and approved. I The Airport Zoning Commission, composed of Harold G. Smith and Arthur Schmeltekopf, after making a preliminary report after publiC hearing as required by law, made a final report to the board and recommended that certain regulations, presented to the board, be adopted, Upon motion duly made and seconded and by unanimous vote of the board, the regulations presented by the Airport Zoning Commission, adopted, and those regulations are attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein in full. Upon motion duly made and seconded and by unanimous vote of the board, Frank Hill and S. R. Beecroft, of San Marcos, Texas, and Adolph Hill, of Kyle, Texas, were named members of the Board of Adjustment as provided by the regulations adopted. Upon motion duly made and seconded and by unanimous vote of the board, representatives of the City of San Marcos and representatives '111 of Hays County, Texas, Were directed to recommend to the City Council I of San Marcos and the CommiSSioner's Court of Hays County, Texas, that the expenses incurred in establishing a reference point for the San Marcos Municipal Airport and the expense incurred in the publica- tion of notice of public hearing be borne equally betwean the said
