<br />each, bearing 3-1/2% interest per annum, and maturing on May
<br />15th, $3,000 in each of the years 1960 and 1961, $5,000 in 1962,
<br />$7,000 in 1963, and $2,000 in each of the years 1964 to 1966,

<br />inclusive.

<br />I FURTHER CERTIFY that said First National Bank, San Marcos,

<br />Texas, is theowner and holder of certain claims or accounts, in
<br />the t?tal amount of $24,000.00, duly audited and allowed by
<br />ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of San Marcos,

<br />page ~, et seq., of the Minutes of the City Council, and
<br />which ordinance contains a detailed description o.f said claims

<br />or accounts, and reference thereto is hereby made for a full,

<br />I FURTHER CERTIFY that said First National Bank, San Marcos,
<br />Texas, has delivered to the City Officials above named, said
<br />claims or accounts described in the aforesaid ordinance of the

<br />City Council, and which said claims or accounts are to be can-
<br />celled by said officials, the delivery of said claims or accounts
<br />being in lieu of the above mentioned $24,000.00 CITY OF SAN MARCOS
