Ilietterich <br /> <br />, Mayor, <br /> <br />Frank D. Hill, Jr., <br /> <br />Harold G. Smith <br /> <br />s. R. Beecrof't <br /> <br />Aldermen, <br /> <br />Coy De Viney <br /> <br />Ann Zi ernke <br /> <br />, City Secretary, <br />Calvin M. Allen, Alderman <br /> <br />and the following absent: <br /> <br />constituting a quorum, and among other proceedings had, were the <br /> <br />following: <br />Alderman <br /> <br />Beecroft <br /> <br />introduced a proposed <br /> <br />ordinance. The ordinance was read in full by the City Secretary. <br /> <br />Alderman <br /> <br />Beecroft <br /> <br />moved that the rule <br /> <br />requiring ordinances to be read at more than one meeting be <br /> <br />suspended. The motion was seconded by Alderman <br /> <br />Smi th <br /> <br />and carried by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Aldermen Smith <br /> <br />De Viney <br /> <br />Beecro ft <br /> <br />Hill <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br /> <br />Alderman <br /> <br />moved that the ordinance <br /> <br />Be8croft <br /> <br />be passed finally.
