THENCE, leaving the Northwest line of the said J. M. Veramendi League No.1, the Southeast line of the said T. J. Chambers Survey and the said existing city limits line, with the Northeast line of the said Smith, et al, 382.52 acre tract, the following courses numbered (1) and (2): (1) S 46° 47' E, 769 feet, more or less, to the North corner of the afore- mentioned Smith 5.98 acre tract of land; (2) S 46° 38' E, 398.80 feet to the East corner of the said Smith 5.98 acre tract and the North corner of that 1.0 acre tract of land conveyed to Edith L. Owen by Melvin Wimberley by deed dated August 17, 1954 and recorded in Volume 160, Page 155, Hays County Deed Records; THENCE, with the said Owen 1.0 acre tract the following courses numbered (3) and (4): (3) S 44° 22' W, 165.50 feet to the West corner of the said Owen 1.0 acre tract; (4) S 46° 47' E, at 96.10 feet, passing a re-entrant corner of the said Smith 5.98 acre tract and continuing on in all 310.4 feet to the South corner of the said Owen 1.0 acre tract, same being on the Northwest line of the aforementioned Edge tract; THENCE, leaving the said Owen 1.0 acre tract with the Northwest and Southwest lines of the said Edge tract the following courses numbered (5) through (7): (5) S 25° 30' W, 175.69 feet; (6) S 44° 05' E, 309.80 feet to the most Easterly corner of the said Smith, et al, 382.52 acre tract, same being the Northwest corner of the afore- mentioned Smith and Shelton 0.74 acre tract; (7) S 62° 00' W, 35.38 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing 47.6 acres of land, more or less.
