" 3$P THE STAT'B OF TEXAS COUNTY OF HAYS CITY OF SAN ~ARCOS On this the 22nd day of June, 19S5, at a special meeting of the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, duly held at the regu- } lar meeting place of said City Council, all members of the City Council be~Lng present, on motion duly made, seconded and u.nanimously carried, the following resolution was adopted: RES 0 L UTI 0 N BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of San Marcos, Texas, that the following lease-purchase contract between Dulaney Service Company, as Lessor, and the City of San Marcos, as Lessee, be in all things approved and said lease contract and the following note, shall be duly executed by the Mayor, his signature to be attested by the Secretary, and the seal of the City affixed thereto, and said con- tract shall thereafter constitute a binding contract and obliga- tion: I A copy of the lease contract and note is attached hereto and is a part hereof) THE STATE OF TEj~S COUNTY OF HAYS CITY OF SAN MARCOS I, Ann Ziemke, City Clerk of the City of San Marcos, a munici- pal corporation in Hays County, Texas, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of an excerpt from the minutes of a meeting of the Governing Body of said City held on June 22, 1955, as recorded in Vdwne 19 Page 33 & 34 of the minutes of the meetings of said Governing BOdy, and that I am the custodian of said minutes.
