<br />~ n___1 <br />!J-! - B <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />On this the 21st day of JUly, 1955, the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of San Marcos, Texas, convened in regular session at <br /> <br /> <br />the regular meeting place, with the following members thereof <br /> <br /> <br />present, to-wit: <br /> <br />Frank E. Dietterich <br /> <br />Mayor, <br /> <br />Calvin M. Allen <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Coy De Viney <br /> <br />S. R. Beecroft <br /> <br />Aldermen <br /> <br />RaroldQ. Smith <br /> <br />Ann Ziemke <br /> <br />City Secretary, <br /> <br />and the following absent: <br /> <br />Frank J. Hill, Jr. <br /> <br />constituting a quorum, when, among other proceedings had, were <br /> <br />the following: <br />ALDERMAN <br /> <br />Smi th <br /> <br />introduced a resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Alderman <br />Allen <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The motion, carrying with it the adoption of the resolution, <br />prevailed by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Aldermen Smith <br /> <br />Allen <br /> <br />Beecroft De Viney <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br /> <br />The reSolution is as follows: <br />
