<br />!f/~C <br /> <br />NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ISSUE WARRANTS <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />Incomp11ance w1th the provisions of Chapter 163. Acts <br />of the Regu1arSess1on of the Forty-second Legislature, 1931, as <br />amended, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the <br />City Council of the City of San Marcos. Texas. to pass an <br /> <br />ordinance on the ~ day of August <br /> <br />, 1955. author1zing <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />the issuance of CITY OF SAN MARCOS FIRE STATION AND E~UIPMENT <br />WARRANTS. in an amount not exceeding $85.000.00, for the purpose <br />of evidencing the indebtedness of the City of San Marcos to be <br />incurred in constructing a fire stat10n and purchasing a site <br />therefor in said C1ty, including architect's fee in connection <br />therewith, and purchasing fire equipment for said City; said <br />warrants to bear interest at a rate not to exceed three and one- <br />half (3-1/2%) per .cent per annum, and the maximum maturity of <br />which warrants shall be not later than twenty-five (25) years <br />from the1r date. <br />GIVEN PURSUANT to a resolution adopted by the City Council <br />on the 21st day of July, <br /> <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />~ <br />
