Dietterich <br /> <br />, Mayor, <br /> <br />Coy De Viney <br /> <br />S. R. Beecroft <br /> <br />Harold G. Smith <br /> <br />Aldermen, <br /> <br />Frank D. Hill, Jr. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />J <br />~/ <br /> <br />Ann Ziemke <br /> <br />, City Secretary, <br /> <br />present, and the following absent: <br /> <br />Calvin M. All en <br /> <br />constituting a quorum, and, among other proceeding~ had, were <br /> <br />the following: <br />Alderman <br /> <br />smith <br /> <br />introduced a proposed <br /> <br />ordinance. The ordinance was, read in full. <br /> <br />Alderman <br /> <br />smith <br /> <br />moved that the rule <br /> <br />requiring ordinances.to be read at more than one meeting be <br />suspended. The motion was seconded by Alderman De Viney <br />and carried by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Aldermen Smith De Viney <br /> Hill Beecroft <br /> NOES: None. <br />I Alderman Sroi th moved that the ordinance <br />be passed finally.
