<br />each, bearing 3-1/2% interest per annum, and maturing on April
<br />15th, $5,000 in 1972 and $2,000 in 1973~
<br />I FURTHER CERTIFY that said First National Bank, San Marcos,
<br />Texas, is the owner and holder of certain claims or accounts
<br />aggregating $7,416.60, duly audited and allowed by ordinance
<br />passed by the City Council of the City of San Marcos on August
<br />17, 1955, recorded in Book ~,page ~3f'~ et seq., of the
<br />Minutes of the City Council, and which ordinance contains a
<br />detailed description of said claims or accounts, and reference
<br />thereto is hereby made for a full, complete and accurate
<br />description of said claims or accounts.
<br />I FURTHER CERTIFY that said First National Bank, San Marcos,
<br />Texas, has delivered to the City Officials above named, said
<br />claims or accounts described in the aforesaid ordinance of the
<br />City Council, and which said claims or accounts are to be
<br />cancelled by said officials, the delivery of said claims or
<br />accounts being in lieu of the above mentioned $7,000.00 CITY OF
<br />SAN MARCOS STREET IMPROVEMENT WARRANTS. SERIES OF 1955, dated
