<br /> <br />+t:~ <br />\, 'rt <br /> <br /> <br />, <br /> <br /> <br />v <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />~3 <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ISSUE WARRANTS <br /> <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />In compliance with the provisions of Chapter 16}, Acts of the <br />Regular Session of the Forty-second Legislature, 1931, as amended, <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the City Council <br />of the City of San Marcos, Texas, to ,pass an ordinance on the <br />?;d day of ~~.At..g / , 1955, authorizing the issu- <br />ance of' CITY OF SAN MARCOS FIRE STATION AND EQUIPMENT WARRANTS, in <br />an amount not exceeding $85,000.00, for the purpose of evidencing <br />the indebtedness of the City of San Marcos to be incurred in con- <br />structing fire stations and purchasing sites therefor in said City, <br />including architect's fee in connection therewith, and purchasing <br /> <br />fire equipment for said City; said warrants to bear interest at a <br />rate not to exceed three and one-half (3-1/2%) per cent per annum, <br />and the maximum maturity of which warrants shall be not later than <br />twenty-five (25) years from their date. <br />GIVEN PURSUANT to a resolution adopted by the City Council <br />on the 17th day of August, 1955. ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
