Highway No. 621; <br /> <br />THENCE with the cornmon line of the highway and McTaggert <br />tract N39°10'27"W 119.40 feet to an ~" iron rod set <br />for the south corner of the aforereferenced Southwestern <br />Bell Telephone Company tract; <br /> <br />THENCE with the cornmon line of the Southwestern Bell <br />Telephone Company tract and the McTaggart tract the <br />following two courses: <br /> <br />1. N52°12'14"E 114.QQ feet to a fence post for <br />the east corner of the telephone company tract <br />as fenced and used upon the ground, <br />2. N37° 32' 53"W 141.19 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. <br />There are contained within these metes and bounds <br />57.67 acres <br /> <br />be, and the same is hereby, annexed to the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That the corporate limits of said city be, and <br />the same are hereby, extended to include said described territory. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. That said described territory shall henceforth <br />be a part of the City of San Marcos, Texas and any inhabitants <br />thereof shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges of <br />all citizens, and shall be bound by the acts and ordinances, <br />resolutions and regulations of said City. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect ten (10) days from and after final passage and publication <br />in a newspaper of general circulation. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading March 9, 1981. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED on second reading March 23, 1981. <br />
