Dietterich <br /> <br />, Mayor, <br /> <br />Coy De Viney <br />S. R. Beecroft <br /> <br />Harold G. smith <br /> <br />Aldermen, <br /> <br />Ann Ziemke <br /> <br />, City Secretary, <br /> <br />and the following absent: Calvin M. Allen and Frank D. Hill, Jr. <br />constituting a quorum present, when, among other proceedings had, <br />were the following: <br /> <br />Alderman <br /> <br />introduced a resolution and <br /> <br />Smi th <br /> <br />order and moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by <br /> <br />Alderman <br /> <br />The motion. carrying with it <br /> <br />De Viney <br /> <br />the adoption of the resolution and order, prevailed by the <br /> <br />following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Aldermen De Viney <br /> <br />Smi th <br /> <br />Beecroft <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br /> <br />The resolution and order is as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br />has heretofore on January 31, 1956, entered into a contract with <br /> <br />Horace C. Howard, Contractor, San Marcos, Texas, for the construc- <br /> <br />tion of two fire stations in and for the City of San Marcos; <br /> <br />and, <br />
