<br />3-8 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF <br />REFUNDING BONDS <br /> <br />.- <br /> <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />On this the 7th day of March, 1956, the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, convened in regular session at the <br /> <br /> <br />regular meeting place in the City Hall, with the following members <br /> <br />present, to-wit: <br /> <br />Frank E. Dietterich <br /> <br />, Mayor, <br /> <br />Calvin M. Allen <br /> <br />Frank D. Hill. Jr. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Cov De Vinev <br />S. R. Beecroft <br /> <br />Aldermen, <br /> <br />Harolg G. Smith <br /> <br />Ann Ziemke , City Secretary, <br />and the following absent: None <br />constituting a quorum, and among other proceedings had, were the <br /> <br />following: <br />Alderman <br /> <br />Beecroft <br /> <br />introduced a proposed <br /> <br />ordinance. The ordinance was read in full by the City Secretary. <br /> <br />Alderman <br /> <br />Beecroft <br /> <br />moved that the rule <br /> <br />requiring ordinances to be read at more than one meeting be <br />suspended. The motion was seconded by Alderman Hill <br /> <br />and carried by the following vote: <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />AYES: Aldermen <br /> <br />Hill <br /> <br />RpP~l"nfi: <br /> <br />Smith <br /> <br />~\Ii n9Y <br /> <br />Allen <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br /> <br />Alderman <br /> <br />RpPr.Toft <br /> <br />moved that the ordinance <br /> <br />be passed finally. The motion was seconded by Alderman <br />Hill and carried by the following vote: <br /> <br />~ <br />
