<br />FIRE STATION AND EQUIPMENT WARRANTS, dated August 15, 1955,
<br />Numbered 11 to 20, inclusive, in the denomination of $1,000 each,
<br />bearing 3-1/2% interest per annum, and maturing on August 15,
<br />1975.

<br />I FURTHER CERTIFY that said First Nat ional Bank, San Marcos,
<br />Texas, is the owner and holder of certain claims or accounts
<br />aggregating $10,738.31, duly audited and allowed by ordinance
<br />passed by the City Council of the City of San Marcos on the
<br />18th day of April, 1956, recorded in Book~, page
<br />,,; ,et seq., of the Minutes of the City council, and which
<br />ordinance contains a detailed description of said claims or
<br />accounts, and reference thereto is hereby made for a full, com-
<br />plete and accurate description of said claims or accounts.
<br />I FURTHER CERTIFY that said First National Bank, San
<br />Marcos, Texas, has delivered to the City Officials above named,
<br />said claims or accounts described in the aforesaid ordinance of
<br />the City Council, and which said claims or accounts are to be
<br />cancelled by said officials, the delivery of~id claims or
<br />accounts being in lieu of the above mentioned $10,000.00 CITY OF
<br />SAN MARCOS FIRE STATION AND EQUIPMENT WARRANTS, dated August 15,
<br />1955, received by said First National Bank from the City
<br />Officials above named.
