<br />5d~1l <br /> <br />l <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />On this the 23rd day of May, 1956, the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, convened in regular session at the <br /> <br />regular meeting place with the following members thereof, to-wit: <br /> <br />Frank E. Dietterich, Mayor, <br />W. M. Davis <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Calvin M. Allen, <br />S. R. Beecroft, <br />Herman Korff, <br />Ann Ziemke, City Secretary, <br />present, and the following absent: --<8'./iJ ~<A'?,) <br /> <br />Aldermen, <br /> <br />constituting a quorum, and, among other proceedings had, were <br />the following: <br />Alderman ~~~ introduced a proposed <br />ordinance.
