Pollard, Executive Vice President of the First National Bank, San Ma~cos, Texas, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that said bank has received from - Frank E. Dietterich, Mayor, Fredericka Honkins City Secretary, W. G. Barbee, City Treasurer, of the City of San Marcos, Texas, $14,000.00 CITY OF SAN MARCOS FIRE STATION AND EQUIPMENT WARRANTS, dated August 15, 1955, Numbered 29 to 42; inclusive, in the denomination of $1,000 each, bearing 3~1/2% interest per annum, and maturing $7,000 on August 15th in each of the years 1975 and 1976. I FURTHER CERTIFY that said First National Bank; San Marcos, Texas, is the owner and holder of certain claims or accounts aggregating $14,000.00, duly audited and allowed by ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of San Marcos on the 27th day of June, 1956, recorded in Book ..l..\L-, page 6q et seq., of the Minutes of the City Council, and which ordinance contains a detailed description of said claims or accounts, and reference thereto is hereby made for a full, complete and accurate description of said claims or accounts. I FURTHER CERTIFY that said First National Bank, San Marcos, Texas, nasdeliveredto the City Officials above named, said claims or accounts described in the aforesaid ordinance of the City Council, and which said claims or accounts are to be cancelled by said officials, the delivery of said claims or accounts being in lieu Of the above mentioned $14,000.00 CITY OF SAN MARCOS FIRE STATION AND EQUIPMENT WARRANTS, dated August 15, 1955, received by said First Nattonal Bank from the City Officials above named.
