<br />'1 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />shall have concrete curbs and gutters on both sides of such streets, <br /> <br />Such street paving and curbs and gutters shall be constructed in <br /> <br /> <br />accordance with plans and specifications approved by the City <br /> <br /> <br />Engineer and such plans shall be submitted with the application <br /> <br /> <br />for approval of the map or plat of the subdivision. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Street signs shall be installed by the subdivider at each <br /> <br /> <br />street intersection as per specifications by the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Water mains, valves, fittings, firehydrants, sanitary sewer <br /> <br /> <br />mains, man holes and drainage facilities shall be installed in <br /> <br /> <br />accordance with plans and specifications approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br />5. Gas distribution shall be in accordance with plans approved <br />by the City Engineer. <br />6. If sewer mains in the subdivision are extension of the <br /> <br /> <br />City Sewer System or a.e to be connected to the City Sewer System, <br /> <br /> <br />the water supply in the subdivision shall be approved by the State <br /> <br /> <br />Health Department of the State of Texas '. <br /> <br /> <br />All improvements and facilities lying under street surfaces <br /> <br /> <br />shall be accomplished before the street is graded and paved and <br /> <br /> <br />before the curbs, gutters, or drainage facilities are constructed, <br /> <br />SECTION E. Improvements for Surban Subdivisions <br /> <br />Subdividers requesting approval of plats for subdivisions <br />located outside areas served by water utilities shall be required <br />to furnish satisfactory evidence from competent authorities that <br /> <br />sufficient quantities of water satisfactory for human consumption <br /> <br />may be obtained from surface or subsurf3ces sources on the land. <br /> <br />All subdivisions hereafter approved by the council for: <br />suburban subdivisions shall have the following improvements; <br /> <br /> <br />1, New strsets, roads and bridges shall be constructed and <br /> <br /> <br />installed in accoz.dance with the requirements of the county for <br /> <br /> <br />publiC maintenance and all roads, alleys and streets shall be <br />dedicated to public use <br /> <br />13. <br />
